Results

With interviews, user testing, and prototyping, I made several findings and contributions to this product:

• Streamlined navigation: By creating a single sidebar menu I could keep the breadth of options and shortcuts users had grown accustomed to, and eliminate complex dropdowns. Giving it controls to collapse kept it from interfering with users' workspace. 
• Build wireframes for improved input: I condensed the report setup process from a multi-step process to a single page. This reduced cognitive load, stopped constantly loading new pages, and removed redundant inputs.
• Integrated new email marketing tools: I designed a new feature for creating semi-custom emails. This complemented the reporting tools with a more personalized marketing option. Simple inputs allowed setup without need for a designer.
